Shipping policy

Freight

All freight shipments are arranged using carriers selected by Crystal+Form and include transit insurance. Freight deliveries are typically curbside only and require a scheduled delivery window.

Customer Responsibility at Delivery:
The recipient must be present to accept and inspect the shipment. Before signing the delivery receipt, all cartons must be inspected for visible damage.

  • If damage is observed: Do not accept the shipment. Refuse delivery and note the damage with the carrier.
  • If delivery is accepted without notation: the shipment is considered received in good condition, and claims may be denied.

All damage claims must be reported to support@crystalandform.com within 24 hours of delivery and must include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of packaging and product
  • Description of damage

Failure to follow these steps may result in denial of replacement or refund.


Residential Delivery (Parcel Shipments)

Orders shipped via UPS or FedEx include transit insurance and may require a signature upon delivery.

Customer Responsibility:
Packages must be inspected immediately upon receipt.

  • If damage is visible: refuse the package and notify us immediately
  • If damage is discovered after opening: report within 24 hours with photos

Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier are considered fulfilled. Crystal+Form is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional fees or delays. Crystal+Form is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect shipping details.


Insurance

All shipments are insured while in transit. Coverage applies only until delivery is completed and accepted.
