TERMS OF SALE
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Credit availability is granted at the discretion of Crystal+Form and may be terminated at any time. All purchases must be paid according to agreed terms. The buyer is responsible for all costs and fees associated with collection of past-due balances. All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Crystal+Form retains the right to all property until paid in full.
PRICES
Prices are subject to change without notice and supersede all previous pricing.
PRODUCT DELIVERY
Typical delivery time for standard catalog products (excluding custom items) is 3–12 days depending on inventory availability. Delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside of Crystal+Form’s control. For current availability, please contact support@crystalandform.com.
LARGE QUANTITY ORDERS
Large quantity or project-based orders require a 50% deposit and may not be canceled.
TRANSPORTATION CLAIMS
All products are inspected prior to shipment. Responsibility for damage during transit rests with the carrier. The purchaser must inspect all items upon delivery and report any damage immediately. Damage must be noted on the bill of lading and reported within 7 days. Title transfers to the purchaser upon delivery by the carrier or at the time of pickup when using the purchaser’s shipping method.
FREIGHT
All orders are shipped F.O.B. origin. Freight terms and allowances vary by order size and destination. Orders not meeting freight thresholds may incur additional charges. Crystal+Form reserves the right to select preferred carriers unless otherwise specified by the purchaser, who assumes responsibility for any additional shipping costs.
Custom, made-to-order, or non-catalog items are shipped at the purchaser’s expense. Freight allowances do not apply to custom projects.
RESIDENTIAL DELIVERY & ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Any carrier-assessed fees, including residential delivery or special services such as inside delivery, are the responsibility of the purchaser. Additional charges may apply for non-commercial delivery locations.
DESIGN / ENGINEERING
Crystal+Form reserves the right to make engineering or design changes without prior notice. Minor variations may occur.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations must be submitted and confirmed in writing.
Stock orders canceled prior to shipment will not incur additional charges. Orders canceled within 30 days of shipment may be subject to a 25% restocking fee, and the purchaser is responsible for return freight.
Products must be returned unopened and in original packaging. Customized and discontinued items are final sale and non-returnable.
INSTALLATION
Installation by a licensed electrician is recommended and should comply with all applicable building and electrical codes. Fixtures must be properly supported, especially heavier designs, which may require independent structural support.
RETURNED MERCHANDISE
All returns require prior written authorization. Approved returns will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Products must be returned in original packaging and shipped using an approved carrier.

Return guidelines:
• 30-day return window for online purchases
• No returns on parts (chain, glass, or components)
• Custom and discontinued items are final sale
Returned items will be inspected. Products deemed not defective will be returned at the sender’s expense. Return authorization is void if items are not received within 30 days. The purchaser is responsible for all transportation costs.
CUSTOM MANUFACTURED PRODUCTS
- All pricing is in U.S. Dollars and F.O.B. origin.
- The purchaser is responsible for freight and applicable taxes.
- Pricing is based on quoted specifications and quantities. Changes may affect pricing.
- A 50% deposit and non-cancellable purchase order are required to begin production.
- Production timelines begin upon receipt of deposit and approved drawings.
- All custom orders are final and subject to approval.
- Custom items are non-returnable.
- Pricing and lead times are valid for 90 days from the quote date.
- Fixtures are shipped as assembled as possible and may require final installation on-site.
- All custom designs remain the intellectual property of Crystal+Form and may not be reproduced.
