Product Warranty

Crystal+Form warrants to the original purchaser that all products will be free from manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of invoice.

If a defect covered under this warranty occurs within the warranty period, please contact Crystal+Form Customer Support at (803) 339-2490. At our discretion, we will repair or replace the defective product without charge for parts.

Crystal+Form reserves the right to determine the most appropriate method of resolution.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from improper handling, installation, or use, accidents, misuse, or neglect, exposure to chemicals or adverse environmental conditions, normal wear and tear, failure to follow installation guidelines, unauthorized modifications or repairs, damage incurred during return transit, or surface rust and environmental corrosion.

This warranty is void if the product has been altered, modified, or if identifying information has been removed or defaced.

Limitation of Liability

This warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the product. Crystal+Form is not responsible for labor or installation costs, loss of use, or incidental or consequential damages. Liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

No other warranties, express or implied, are provided beyond those stated here.

LED Product Warranty

Crystal+Form products with integrated LED components are covered by a five (5) year limited warranty on LED components only, provided the product is properly installed, used under normal operating conditions, and all components are supplied as part of the original fixture.

Power supply components are covered under their respective manufacturer warranties.

This warranty applies only to the product itself and does not cover labor, installation, or additional costs. The sole remedy is repair or replacement of the defective component.

Additional Terms

Crystal+Form is not obligated to update or modify products after manufacture. Warranty coverage applies only to products installed within the United States.

Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusions of incidental damages, so portions of this policy may not apply to all purchasers.
